Dr. Susan Sorensen has been a pediatrician in Reno since 1998.  In 2008 she joined Dr. White and Karen Arms’ practice.  Originally from Canada, Dr. Sorensen graduated from the University of Calgary Medical School in 1994.  She completed her pediatric training with residencies at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque and the University of Maryland in Baltimore.  Dr. Sorensen and her husband were drawn to Reno for its 300 days of sunshine, making it possible to play outside year ‘round.  When she’s not taking care of her own children or patients, Dr. Sorensen can be found hiking, cycling, and skiing in the beautiful mountains around town.
